Villa Antica is a residence owned by the family since 1700 which is accessed via a pedestrian street with 85 steps. The Villa, of about 90 square meters, is composed of a living room, kitchen, two terraces, two bedrooms and two bathrooms arranged on two levels. It has air conditioning and a panoramic outdoor swimming pool (7 meters long and 3 meters wide) with solarium. On the first level there are: a 50 m2 sea view terrace, equipped with table with chairs and barbecue; the living room with vaulted ceiling, enriched with beautiful frescoes, equipped with a table, satellite TV and a sofa that can be transformed into a comfortable bed; the kitchen equipped with electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine; the first master bedroom with double bed which leads to another terrace with fantastic sea view; The first bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and hairdryer.
On the second level there are: a 50 sq m terrace with a breathtaking sea view of the Amalfi Coast; the second bedroom, equipped with a double bed and direct access to the terrace; the second bathroom with shower.
It is located in the historic center of Praiano from which restaurants, bars and public transport stops are easily reachable for the most popular tourist destinations.
The villa is distant from the free parking area 5-7 min. on foot.
The swimming pool is 3 meters wide x 7 meters long. The swimming pool area is equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs.
The swimming pool is open from 1st May to 31st October

Summary: The place is spectacular! The views are excellent the location is great 10 min from Positano. The attention to detail is amazing tiles and colors. It has everything you could need. Luigi was very responsive and a huge help in sharing details about the area and places to eat and shop etc. There are a good amount of steps but doable. We felt incredibly welcome. Highly recommend this property. Thak you thank you!

Summary: The villa was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the location - quiet and off the beaten path! The house was well appointed with comfortable beds and the swimming pool was a bonus! The kitchen was perfect to make meals at home and the views from the terrace were prime! Luigi was very helpful with information at check-in and told us stories of the original owners. 5 star stay!

Summary: It was by far the nicest place we stayed in Italy. The owner, Luigi, went above and beyond at the beginning of our stay. The villa was stocked with everything you need. The pool was a great bonus after walking up all those stairs. The views were unbelievable from all the terraces. The bed was also comfortable.

Summary: Simply unbelievable- the home, the location, the gracious host. A beautiful taste of Italy with gorgeous accommodations and views, great dipping pool, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen. As with all houses in this area, dozens of steps to and from the home so make sure you have healthy legs and lungs. It’s worth every step.
